Return Policy

When making a purchase on haeyo.co, you are acknowledging that you have read our return policy on haenails.com and agree to abide by them.

If any dispute is to arise between an individual(s) and haeyo.co, it will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of Florida.

Hae Nails LLC reserves the right to change the return policy without prior notice. The customer must check the return policy before making a purchase on haeyo.co.

Un-used, un-opened, and items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of notice of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee (to cover processing, filing, and materials associated with shipping your order). Any items not meeting these conditions are ineligible for return, unless they are defective from manufacturer defects or damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return. In the case of damaged or defective items, the customer should make a claim with the Haeyo package protection service by visiting the link in our help section on www.haeyo.co

Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to denial without prior authorization.

Refunds

Returns made to haeyo.co will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged as long as they are in un-used, un-opened, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the original item(s) back to Hae Nails LLC and shipping the new item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item(s) that has been damaged or is defective, Hae Nails LLC will make the best effort to exchange the item(s) with an un-damaged and/or un-defective replacement through the Haeyo package protection. In the case that the item(s) are not available due to being a pre-order item, or sold out, Haeyo will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.


We highly recommend adding the Haeyo package protection to your orders, as without it you acknowledge that if your order is lost or damaged, Haeyo claims no responsibility. For your convenience, the Haeyo package protection is automatically added at check out and it must be manually removed in order to waive coverage. If you purchased the Haeyo package protection on your order and your items are missing, damaged or defective, please fill out a claim form on www.haeyo.co and we will assist you in the replacement or refund process.
